Fun Night Newsletter
WEEK 1

We are ready to kick off our 65th annual Fun Night which will be on Saturday October 28th from 5:30-9:30pm. Fun Night is our biggest fundraiser that helps make our school such a great learning environment for our wonderful children! Profits are used for everything from building repairs and updates, to teacher gifts, to purchase of new technology for the students and staff. This year we will be buying new computers for some of the staff and helping with the updates to our concession stand! There will be games, food, a raffle, a silent auction, a costume contest, and fun for all! But we can’t do it without your help and support.
All parents are required to work 1 hour per child enrolled in K-8th. It would be greatly appreciated if preschool parents would like to sign up to work, but it is not mandatory. We will be using Sign Up Genius again this year to get everyone scheduled, so be on the lookout for that email. Please get signed up as soon as you can!

Donations
All donations are greatly appreciated! We could use prize items, gift cards, passes, and cash. Other than gently used stuffed animals and books, all donated prizes must be new and unused! Donations can be dropped off at the school office. Contact Darcy Futral at 316-258-3058 with any questions. Thank you to all who have already donated!
Raffle Tickets
Please help & encourage your child to sell!!!
Your child will be bringing home tickets to sell today. Nearly half of our profit comes from raffle ticket sales! So please sell, sell, sell! We have prizes for our top 3 sellers every week, and the top selling class every week will get a jeans day and donuts! Raffle tickets are 1 for $1.00 or 6 for $5.00. We have set a goal of $13,000 in sales. If we reach this goal, the whole school will get a pizza party in December! Tickets can be purchased through our website again this year at ctkwichita.org! Just make sure when your buyers are checking out, they fill in the box that says ‘note to seller’ with the student’s name when they order, so the student still gets credit for the sale! Online sales must be purchased by midnight on Thursdays in order to be counted for top seller awards on Fridays.

NEW THIS YEAR
We will be introducing a couple of new games in the courtyard! Come see if you can hit one of our “celebrity targets” at our Pie Face Game! And instead of our regular golf game, come try out Disc Golf!
