Christ the King will take pictures for our new directory March 26-30, and April 5-6. We are in need of a computer saavy person to organize this endeavor. If you are interested, please conact the parish office at 943-4353.
Altar Society News
Honoring Altar Society Past Presidents
Join us for our February 20th meeting to honour our past presidents and celebrate Mardi Gras. Guild 7 will be hosting with a number of traditional New Orleans dishes. Bring your side, salad or dessert and enjoy a fun filled evening.
Mass at 6 and dinner at 6:45.
Taking Orders for Bierocks
The Christ the King Altar Society will be taking preorders for bierocks, now until February 9.
A maximum of 200 bierocks will be available – first come, first served. The bierocks will be sold for $15.00, for a package of four (4) – no half orders will be accepted. The bierocks will be frozen, and include reheating instructions. The bierocks will be available for pick up on 16 February, from 9 a.m. until noon at the CTK school cafeteria.

Knights of Columbus will host a Pro-Life Brunch next Sunday, February 17, after the 10:30am Mass in Charity Hall.
Winter Blast a Success!
Thank you to all who joined us for our dinner, dance, and concert last weekend. It was a fantastic evening with delicious food, great music, lots of dancing and fun.
Thank you also to all who contributed to the set up and success of the dance including the Stewardship Committee, Brandi VanArsdale, Knights of Columbus and the Dutton family as well as the attendees who automatically pitched in for cleanup afterwards. Our CTK family is awesome!
St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Community at McConnell AFB in Wichita is having a parish mission on Feb. 18-20, 2019 preached by Fr. Richard Gielow, C.M. All active duty , Guard, Reserve, retired military and their dependents are invited to join us for this important event.
Each evening will begin with Mass at 7pm
. The homily will be the mainstay of the preaching event. Mass will last about an hour; fellowship and refreshments will follow in a social each evening.
Fr. Gielow has preached in many parishes around the country for several decades, including St. John the Evangelist in ElDorado, Holy Spirit in Goddard, and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in Wichita in the Diocese of Whichita. He holds degrees in philosophy, theology, and religious education.
