“You are Christ’s body, and individually parts of it.” -1 Cor 12:27
The parish is the Body of Christ lived in a particular place. That changes how weunderstand giving. The parish is not a product, and parishioners are not customers.
We do not simply take from the parish when we need something. We belong to the parish, and because we belong, we share. Stewardship moves us beyond “me and Jesus” or “me and the sacraments” into the life of the Church, where my gifts are given for the good of others and their gifts also help build me up in Christ.
Smart Families Parent Event - Sep 20
This Sunday at 6:30pm, we will host a parent event with Smart Families. The goal is to show parents effective ways to grow the whole person of their child, especially with the effects of screens and technology. Any parents of school-aged children are invited, and one parent from every CTK School family is required to attend.

75 years of Catholic Education
Our 75th Anniversary Party last Sunday was a huge success! We were surrounded by so many familiar faces, shared countless laughs, and made new memories while reminiscing about the ones that have shaped CTK over the past 75 years. Sr. Teresa Bahr was recognized for her decades of dedication to the school and a plaque was installed above her classroom, making it the "Sr. Teresa Room". Thank you to the Knights of Columbus for cooking the burgers and hot dogs, and to the ladies of the Altar Society for organizing and serving the food. A huge thank you to Bethany Follin, Darcy Futral, Mrs. Michelle Wiesner and all of the volunteers that decorated the Gym and cafeteria, and invited so many alumni.
Current and former school staff, including Louise Rohlman, Sr. Teresa Bahr and Mr. Vossen.
