The parish shares responsibility for forming the next generation of disciples because the children of the parish are the concern of the whole parish.In stewardship, we learn to say, “I received much, and now I want others to receive what was given to me.” That is the beauty of the tithe. It teaches us to give not only for what benefits us now, but for the good of those entrusted to our care.
Over the next month, you will receive your Stewardship packets. Please begin praying now for how your family will make a grateful response, and put your gifts in service of God and our parish.
Annual Vietnamese Potluck Luncheon

Popcorn Sale after Mass this Weekend
Scouts from Troop 762 are selling Boy Scouts Popcorn after Masses this weekend (Oct 10-11). Treat yourself to classic Butter or Jalapeno Cheese popcorn. Walkway and Bell Tower Renovation
Due to "significant decay" to the support beams, the Walkway on the north side of church remains closed. The Walkway Committee is working on a long term solution, for both the walkway and bell tower, but in the meantime, please avoid the area. The doors on the north side of church can still be utilized, especially as emergency exits. But do not walk underneath the walkway to avoid falling pieces and exposed hazards.
What is the plan going forward?
The first step is to remove the wooden support beams and the covering/ roof of the walkway. The concrete pillars and steel brackets should be re-used, but the beams and roof must be demolished and replaced. We plan to begin the demolition of the bell tower and walkway in November. The bells will be crated and sent to Cincinnati for restoration, but the wooden supports of both structures will be demolished. We will use approximately $125,000 from the "One Family, Fully Alive in Christ" campaign through the Diocese, to rebuild the bell tower. We hope to have that completed by August 2027.
